- general exterior, including roof, gutter, chimney, drainage, grading
What’s not covered in an inspection:
- swimming pools
- water wells
- septic systems
- security systems
- central vacuum systems
- water softeners
- sprinkler systems
- fire and safety equipment
- presence or absence of rodents, termites, or other insects
Environmental Hazards including, but not limited to:
- radon gas
- lead paint
- asbestos
- mold and mildew
- urea formaldehyde
- toxic or flammable chemicals
- water and airborne hazards
